Denver, Water World and Other Cities Begin Hiring for Summer Jobs

As summer nears, Colorado’s first and largest waterpark, Water World, is hosting a job fair to fill almost 1,000 positions for various roles such as lifeguards, landscaping, and water quality management. The park offers numerous benefits to its employees, including a free season pass and discounted day tickets for friends and family. To apply for a position at Water World, individuals must be at least 14 years old by May 1.

If unable to attend the fair in person, applicants can still apply online through the park’s website. Water World operates from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day and is committed to providing job opportunities for individuals of all ages. In particular, the City of Denver is assisting those aged 16 to 24 with finding job opportunities through the Governor’s Summer Job Hunt program. Candidates must provide proof of age and citizenship, and the city will help match them with suitable job openings.

For more information on these job opportunities or to attend Water World’s job fair on Wednesday, March 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., individuals can contact either Water World or the City of Denver directly.
