Robots in Action: Exploring Advanced Technology at the Re:Making Michigan Technology Showcase

Michigan Technology Showcase to be hosted by WMU this Thursday | WKZO | Everything Kalamazoo

Robots of all shapes and sizes will be on display at the Re:Making Michigan Technology Showcase in Kalamazoo, MI on Thursday. The event, organized by the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, Automation Alley, and Western Michigan University, aims to bring together manufacturers, industry experts, and students to explore advanced technology.

Some of the featured technologies at the showcase include collaborative robots and machine learning. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with these tools and learn how they can be used to grow businesses and solve workplace challenges. Robots for material and food delivery, medical and industrial sanitation, inventory control, retail, banking, warehousing, smart cities, agriculture, as well as 3D printers and other automation systems will also be showcased.

The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Western Michigan University College of Engineering and Applied Sciences located at 4601 Campus Drive in Kalamazoo.
