A suspicious package was reported on Monday at the 8600 block of Congdonhill Drive in Lower Macungie Township, Pennsylvania. The location of the package was at Ryder Logistics, which has been evacuated as a precaution. Local roads, including Route 100 at Spring Creek Road, were shut down to prevent access to the area.

Captain John Christopher from the Allentown Fire Department reported that the Allentown Bomb Squad was called to Congdon Hill Drive to assist with the investigation by state police. The bomb squad arrived just before 2 p.m. on Monday.

The business in Lehigh County was evacuated and a stretch of Route 100 was closed after a suspicious package was found at Ryder Logistics in Lower Macungie Township on Monday afternoon. State Police Trooper Nathan Branosky confirmed that the report came in at 1:30 p.m., and local roads were shut down as a precaution to prevent access to the area.
